Pete Kleinjan is IMED Consulting's Director of Operations and has been part of the IMED team for over seven years. Pete manages organization operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives and policies. He provides direction and structure for operations, develops and creates strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals and implements improved processes. He also acts as a mentor and guide to subordinates and other employees. Pete has developed a nationwide sales program and developed a regional and national internet marketing program. Pete is an expert in inventory management, website development and SEO strategy. Prior to being Director of Operations, Pete was IMED Consulting’s Director of Search Engine Optimization and National sales manager, he also has a solid background in customer service. Pete is goal oriented, analytical, very knowledgeable with computers, and a great communicator. He calls Bruce, South Dakota his home town and currently lives in Sioux Falls with his wife and their two children. He likes to spend time with his family, attend sporting events, and go fishing.
