Mackenzie Roberts is IMED Consulting's Business Development Director and has been part of the IMED team since June, 2011. Mackenzie is responsible for developing new business by analyzing account potential, initiating, developing and closing sales, developing and maintaining relationships and recommending new sales strategies. She has recently created a new corporate identity for IMED Consulting and has developed a sales and marketing strategy for the company. Mackenzie is skilled in the sales process and has a solid customer service and financial background. She studied Communication Studies at South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota with an emphasis in Speech. Prior to joining IMED Consulting, Mackenzie worked in the financial industry with Dakotaland Federal Credit Union, Wells Fargo, and Northern Trust. She is skilled in business development, the sales process, customer service, and communication. Mackenzie is known for being organized, confident, and funny. She calls Sandy, Utah and Chandler, Arizona her home town but currently lives close to work. Mackenzie enjoys traveling, art galleries, coffee, watching movies, being outside, shopping and spending time with family and friends.
